What will I be doing?

You will break the ice by collaboratively creating a shared meal with expert chef, art historian and international guest speaker on medieval cookery.

Explore the surrounding extensive private gardens with mindful walks and pre considered meditations.

Take part in group coaching facilitated to bring you back to your ‘self’ through prfessional tools.

Take part in gentle bespoke wellness sessions designed especially for this retreat to reset and awaken your senses, build emotional resilience and inner calm.

Walk up a manageable mountain in the Lake District and return for ice creams on a lake steamer

Enjoy solo time to relax and explore inner mindscapes.

Coaching for your own professional journey:

You will take part in 3 leadership development coaching sessions, one on each morning of your stay. These sessions are designed to allow a pause in your leadership journey. Over the 3 sessions we will re-set with reflective practice, recalibrate to our true path, and re-kindle our future vision to create a unique road map and manifesto for professional and personal life. We will highlight current achievements and challenges, generate an ideal future vision, and tackle socio, environmental and personal constraints that surround us. We’ll spend time looking at core values, habit building, working processes such as energy batching and other proven coaching tools, as well as plenty of open discussion and unwinding in the beautiful surroundings of the gardens.
