Business Development Director - Meetings and Events - Home Based

Votel Venues are looking to recruit another great Business Development Director to further increase their market share in the meetings and events sector and drive new client acquisition

This home-based role (head office in St Albans) will be focused on generating enquiries from both new and existing clients within the meetings, events and group accommodation sectors. The role will involve a mixture of growing revenue from existing accounts while at the same time finding new clients.

Candidates will be used to managing their own diary, working remotely and can be based anywhere in the UK. They must have a strong background in MICE sales and are looking to join a fun filled and constantly growing Venue Find Agency.

The successful candidate will already be managing their own portfolio of direct accounts who need venues for their meetings and events needs. Ideal candidates will either have a hotel/venue or another venue finding agency background.
