Dynamic’s location provides a great quality of life by the sea, and you will be part of a forward-thinking company that places great importance on ESG and bringing sustainability and social ambition into all aspects of the events we manage.

We will ask you to:

  • Source and contract your event suppliers
  • Use your negotiation skills to achieve cost savings and value-added items
  • Manage external venues, partners, vendors and digital solutions both in the UK and worldwide
  • Manage staging and production including production of the AV running order
  • Establish and manage complex budgets, often in multiple currencies
  • Design creative solutions, strategies and deliverables to increase engagement and excitement
  • Lead the delivery of your event either on-site (physical and hybrid events) or remotely (digital events) with your Dynamic onsite team

Experience you will need:

  • 3 years’ experience at event manager level
  • Proven experience /sole management of 200+ attendee conferences
  • Experienced in managing events completely end-to-end
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Very strong budgeting skills and robust financial competence, including strong ability to manage budgets in Excel
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with event technologies such as registration systems. Experience with virtual conference platforms is a plus

You will be:

  • Passionate about events
  • Curious with a keen interest in travel
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Highly motivated team player that enjoys working as part of a small team
  • Great at managing clients and your team
  • Proactive, reliable and results orientated with a boundless ‘can do’ attitude
  • Flexible and happy to react to business needs such as travel at short notice

What you can expect from us:

  • Salary of £36-38,000 per annum
  • Comprehensive induction training and the continuous development of your knowledge and skills
  • Investment in employee education: e.g. industry qualifications / ESG courses
  • Commitment to career progression
  • Annual leave entitlement increased by one day per year and time off in lieu for weekends and bank holidays worked
