The role:
You will be managed and guided by our Event’s Manager but will also be given autonomy to deliver events.

With support from management and the onsite team you will be expected to:

  • Be a point of contact to clients from sales to delivery.
  • Use software & follow processes to build quotes for tailored events based on client requirements and budget, and carry out event planning from discovering client wishes to event delivery.
  • Host wedding viewings, open days and tasting events.

Carry out event administration tasks as set by Event Manager:

  • Liaise with the client, external suppliers and in-house teams to ensure the best possible experience for the client as well as a smooth operation for the onsite team (e.g. kitchen, and accommodation).
  • Use our Events software to facilitate event planning - including creation of function sheets, kitchen sheets and customer summaries.
  • Perform a hands-on role where you will be part of the on the event delivery team, ensuring smooth running of the event, and be front facing to the client; assisting with set-up, delivery and clear down of events.
  • Manage the contract and timeline of each event, including payment schedules in line with the terms and conditions.
  • Communicate with, develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and provide an extremely high level of service for our guests and clients at all times.
  • Collate and analyse feedback after the event from suppliers, the team and the client.
  • Be involved in regular interdepartmental meetings.
  • Keep an eye on ever-changing trends and wider events market.
