15Hatfields is an award-winning sustainable venue in the heart of London’s Southbank. Spread across two floors, the flexible and contemporary spaces are designed to be tailored to all manner of events. The venue is a popular choice for everything from conferences, exhibitions and meetings, to awards dinners and drinks receptions. And at just 10 minutes from four underground and mainline stations, the location is ideal for delegates.

15Hatfields partner with local, organic and Fairtrade food suppliers, to ensure all refreshments and dishes are sourced and prepared using sustainable practices. A range of catering solutions are available, including buffet-style lunches, canapé receptions and palm oil free fine dining. Bespoke menus can be created choosing from a selection of award-winning canapés and dishes. The finest plant-based dining is also available.

All operations at the venue are informed by the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, in particular: Sustainable cities and communities, Responsible production and consumption, and Climate action. By prioritising the reduction of food waste, eradicating single-use plastics and investing in renewable energy, 15Hatfields became the UK’s first Platinum ECOsmart accredited venue.

Event hire includes state-of-the-art AV facilities and the option of hybrid or virtual conferencing. Uplighting and colour washing facilities are available to create the perfect ambience for your guests. Meanwhile, digital screens and projectors throughout the venue allow for quality branding. With an in-house team of expert event planners, you’re in safe hands.

Fantastic staff and excellent catering

All of the staff were fantastic, nothing was too much to ask, all very friendly, helpful and on hand when needed - really quick with room turnarounds and catering was excellent. It was great not having to share the space with anyone else.

15Hatfields has never disappointed

We have used 15Hatfields as a venue for one of our flagship events for a few years now and have never been disappointed. This particular event, has very specific requirements and these have been met by the staff at 15Hatfields without a problem. We have always had very good feedback from all our delegates and tutors.

Nothing has been too much trouble

Just a quick note to say a huge thank you to the team for looking after us over the last couple of days. A special to mention to Mark who has been so attentive, reacting to changes and last-minute requests politely and efficiently. As well as Jenna, who has also been a very friendly and helpful face on the reception desk. Nothing has been too much trouble for the whole team who have all been friendly and incredibly helpful – it is really appreciated.

15Hatfields offer hybrid solutions for meetings and conferences. Logitech Rally Bar allows you to hold meetings with people across the globe and Logitech Rally Plus webcasting enables you to broadcast your event to an unlimited number of users, live or on-demand – with live polls, chats and Q&As.
Will support staff be provided for our event?
15Hatfields' expert team are on hand to ensure the success of your event from planning, set-up and delivery, to post-event analysis. Event support is included in your Day Delegate Rate (DDR) - the team are passionate about transparency so you won’t find any unexpected extras added to your invoice.
What options are available for branding and decorations during our event?
15Hatfields is a fully adaptable blank canvas venue. LED spotlighting throughout the venue can be altered to fit your colour scheme. The team can integrate floor and wall decals and larger branding into the reception area and event spaces to create an immersive experience for your delegates.
Can we have our event material delivered to 15Hatfields prior to our event?
Yes! 15Hatfields is happy to assist you in storing your event material. Courier your event collateral to 15Hatfields the day before and the team will store it for you free of charge.
