15Hatfields is an award-winning sustainable venue in the heart of London’s Southbank. Spread across two floors, the flexible and contemporary spaces are designed to be tailored to all manner of events. The venue is a popular choice for everything from conferences, exhibitions and meetings, to awards dinners and drinks receptions. And at just 10 minutes from four underground and mainline stations, the location is ideal for delegates.
15Hatfields partner with local, organic and Fairtrade food suppliers, to ensure all refreshments and dishes are sourced and prepared using sustainable practices. A range of catering solutions are available, including buffet-style lunches, canapé receptions and palm oil free fine dining. Bespoke menus can be created choosing from a selection of award-winning canapés and dishes. The finest plant-based dining is also available.
All operations at the venue are informed by the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, in particular: Sustainable cities and communities, Responsible production and consumption, and Climate action. By prioritising the reduction of food waste, eradicating single-use plastics and investing in renewable energy, 15Hatfields became the UK’s first Platinum ECOsmart accredited venue.
Event hire includes state-of-the-art AV facilities and the option of hybrid or virtual conferencing. Uplighting and colour washing facilities are available to create the perfect ambience for your guests. Meanwhile, digital screens and projectors throughout the venue allow for quality branding. With an in-house team of expert event planners, you’re in safe hands.
Everything ran perfectly at the AT Awards presentation finals, thanks to the 15Hatfields team. Nothing was too much trouble and our event moved seamlessly from morning coffee, to presentations, to lunch, to drinks reception. It’s really important in line with our messaging at The Food Foundation that we offer healthy and sustainable food options at our events so we chose three vegan bowl food offerings to be as inclusive as possible and they were all delicious.
