Top tips for a job ad that gets noticed
- Include a salary. 'Negotiable' and 'DOE' put good people off.
- Tell people what it's like to work with you. Culture sells a role.
- Give as much detail as you can about the events / services they'll be working on or actually doing#
- State the location / working from home / hybrid - this will help with applications

- How quickly will my job go live? Within 24 hours of you posting it.
- How long does it stay live? Until your closing date, and we can extend it if you need more time.
- Can I change my listing? Yes, just let us know and we'll amend it.
- What if I don't find the right person? We'll relist it for you. There are no relisting fees.
