Join us for our first ever DW on the Road event!! In partnership with Lime Venue Portfolio and The National Theatre, The Delegate Wranglers present the first of a brand new series of educational events. The theme of our inaugural event will be a contemplative look into the future, and how your event planning could change this year, and beyond.

Featuring an inspiring and insightful event legacy panel and discussions with leading commentors including agiito, Legacy Events, event.decision, Alistair Turner, the author of the Meetings & Events Global Trends Report, and our own Neil Thompson from the Delegate Wranglers and other guest speakers from across Lime Venue Portfolio and their parent company, Levy UK & Ireland.

This is a chance to not only look to the future of events, but to discuss and understand how they could affect how we design, imagine, and create our events. The day will have a number of inspiration points, from the way the event has been designed, the food we put on the table, to how we’ll bring the stunning setting of the National Theatre to life.

An inspirational menu will form part of the day’s agenda, with networking and Q&A sessions scheduled throughout. The day will include a backstage walkway tour behind-the-scenes of the production, sets, prop-making and scenery workshops with a National Theatre team member sharing the legacy & history of the iconic venue.
