ACF Events is a team building & event management company with over 30 years of experience delivering corporate events. We specialise in creating engaging experiences for groups of 6 to 6,000 people, from team building challenges & company fun days to evening entertainment and game shows. Our portfolio also includes wellbeing activities, charity events, country pursuits, multi-activity days and TV-inspired experiences such as Master of Tasks, Crystal Challenge and Imposters. Whether you're planning a conference, company celebration, staff away day or client event, our experienced team works with you to design and deliver an event that meets your objectives and budget. What types of events do you organise?
We deliver a wide range of corporate events, including team building activities, company fun days, conferences, evening entertainment, game shows, wellbeing events, charity events and gala dinners.
Where do you operate?
We're based in the South West but organise events throughout the UK. As a fully mobile event company, we can deliver experiences at your chosen venue almost anywhere in the country.
How many people can you cater for?
We work with groups of all sizes, from small leadership teams of six people to company-wide events for several thousand delegates.

With over 30 years of experience, ACF Events combines creative event ideas with professional event management expertise and the practical resources needed to deliver successful events. Unlike many event agencies, we don’t just coordinate suppliers — we have an experienced in-house team and maintain a large inventory of event equipment ourselves, giving us greater control over the quality, consistency and delivery of our events. From festival flags, giant games and funfair stalls, to event furniture, lighting and themed props, we have the resources to bring ideas to life. Our team manages every stage of the process, from initial concept development and venue finding through to logistics, equipment setup, supplier coordination and on-the-day delivery. Whether it’s a team building challenge, corporate festival, conference activity, themed event or company celebration, we combine creativity, experience and practical event knowledge to create well-organised experiences that achieve your objectives.
