As a human performance consultant, I use a huge number of different venues, experiencing the very best and the very worst of service and space. I have to say the team at Villa Park was incredible. From a practical perspective they could not have done more to ensure that we had everything we needed to deliver a great event, but the attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure we were able to cultivate an environment that enabled transformational experience was incredible. Their standard of service complemented the wonderful spaces we used in the Trinity Stand, rich in history and atmosphere but light, open and versatile at the same time.

Geographically perfectly placed for all patients during the pandemic

We decided to approach our local football teams because they're in a perfect position to help us deliver maternity care clinics.

There were no matches being played with fans and geographically they were in the right place for our patients. It also provides an alternative to a hospital setting which some women felt anxious about coming to during these strange times.

Successful Inquest at Villa Park during the Pandemic

I wanted to let you know how helpful, polite, and courteous all the Villa events staff have been throughout the last 3 weeks plus. Nothing has been too much trouble for them, they have appeared almost at our beck and call despite covering the vaccination centre as well as the court. Additional boxes were provided with refreshments and printing was all done at short notice. The Villa staff were like an extension of our staff.
