Broadlands Estate, home of the Mountbatten family, sits between Romsey and Southampton in Hampshire. It has 140 acres of stunning parkland available and welcomes proposals for corporate, public and private events. The Parkland is private and discrete with acres of lush green grass and beautiful specimen trees. The land is suited to all kinds of events. The newly restored 18th century Orangery provides a beautiful venue for a wide range of events.

Although Broadlands has hosted many public events of the last 100 years, Broadlands is new to corporate events. There is a Premises Licence (including sale of alcohol) for up to 15,000 people.

There are also three locations in the Parkland that are licensed for wedding ceremonies – The grade II listed Orangery, the Walled Garden and Inigo Bridge – a bridge over the world famous chalk stream River Test.

The Estate is only 2 miles from junction 3 of the M27 and 8 miles from Southampton Airport and Southampton Airport Parkway mainline railway station. Romsey railway station is within walking distance.

There is parking for 6,000 cars and the car parks have access roads to prevent back-up on major roads. There is also a pedestrian route into the Estate from the town of Romsey.

The event sites are flat, well-draining and have four, wide access gateways from the public highway for event day access and egress. Events have their own exclusive access gateway from the public highway for build and get out.

There is a long and excellent relationship with Test Valley Borough Council licensing department.

The Estate welcomes fireworks and helicopters. There are no public footpaths through the parkland.
