Back in March, we embarked on a major £4.5m transformation of our flagship property, Burleigh Court. It's been a whirlwind of activity since and has given us - and our guests - some interesting challenges to overcome as we navigated temporary bars, restaurants and bedroom routes! The purpose was to invest in our venue and achieve our vision of creating a place where people love to be.
