His words seem pretty relevant to anyone working in the events industry right now. Connecting people has been the main goal of events throughout its rich history, and while we have often conflicting but very frustrating restrictions on allowing us to do what we do best, people will always find a way of gathering – it’s hard wired into our DNA.
While this is the biggest challenge the events industry has faced, it’s not the only huge challenge it’s overcome, two world wars, volcano’s and terrorist attacks.
