Meet Our Expert Team:

Blair Hope-Hall
Blair originates from South Africa and, after adventures backpacking around Europe, found himself enlisting with the British Army. This chapter in his life helped develop a real appreciation for what we so often take for granted. His experiences in many colourful – and some less so – regions of the world where people survive and thrive in extraordinary situations have shaped his thinking & approach. Blair has been exposed to extreme environments & to challenging leadership situations, tasked with making sense of chaos.

After graduating from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Blair completed an MSc in International Affairs. He has become fascinated with the work of Nassim Nicholas Taleb and the concept of Anti-Fragile, which he is introducing into his work with leaders working in difficult situations. He enjoys partnering with people and teams who are facing challenge and change, especially at this time where the world is filled with so much 'noise'.

Peter Harper
Peter is trained in Counselling, Reiki and Massage Therapy, however his main passion lies with exploring consciousness and understanding our true self. After spending time in both Germany and India, Peter developed an innovative and effective Guided Meditation practice using binaural sound and light to balance the alpha, beta, theta and delta waves of the brain. This was the start of his exploration into the vibrational power of sound, music and the nature of consciousness.

Over the years Peter has deepened his understanding of Self and has been inspired from some of the best healers, teachers and therapists in the world including Barry Long, A.H. Almaas, Sagarpiya, Waduda, Rafia Morgan, Turiya Hanover, R.A Gilbert, Allan Armstrong and Eckhart Tolle. Peter values the “Enlightenment Intensive Process” of Charles Berner for its simplicity and efficiency. It has the direct and honest nature of Zen with a simple structure that is accessible to everyone, guiding the person straight to her/his essential Self. For the past fifteen years he has been active in both participating and hosting Enlightenment Intensives in Italy, Germany, Scotland and Wales.

Peter currently lives with his beloved partner in the Pre-Alps of Northern Italy where he divides his time working at The Mandali Retreat Centre and his recording studio where he produces Conscious Music and Guided Meditations. His learning and exploration continues as he continuously experiments to create sounds that enhance a state of well-being and ways to share ways to be in silence. His down to earth narrative and rich sense of Scottish humour embrace his approach and makes his guidance accessible for everyone.

Rory Taylor
Rory has personal experience of how it’s possible to battle with mental health as a young man for a number of years, before finally stopping to understand and address the inner turmoil that undermined his wellbeing. While going through this very personal experience, Rory identified that he wasn’t alone. He embraced the opportunity to break the taboo that stops us from having open conversations about mental health and set out to role model how things could be different.

Rory joins us as to share learnings from his personal experience as committed ambassador for mental health awareness in the blue-chip organisation where he works. He has recently started mental health awareness groups where he encourages others to talk about and share issues they may be experiencing, resulting in a more open and collaborative work environment. A proud Cornishman at heart, Rory now lives in Bristol and counts rugby, overeating and all things involving the great outdoors amongst his passions.
