Guests are invited to taste six English cheeses- Bath Soft, Cave-aged Cheddar, Beauvale Blue, Waterloo Brie, Cerney Ash goats cheese and Celtic Promise, accompanied with six wines that have been carefully selected to complement their flavours.
Simon has worked in the wine trade for 20 years. Working for various wine companies before receiving the Louis Jadot Burgundy Scholarship and going on to be awarded a Wine Diploma by the Wine & Spirits Education trust in 2012. He now works for Hills Prospect Drinks Distributors as Wine Development and Education Specialist.
Your host will talk you through the offerings, providing insight into the delicious parings and how best to pair food and wine.
Arrival from 6.30pm for a 7pm start. The event will draw to a close at 9pm where you are invited to continue your evening in the Fox Bar & Lounge.
