Join us for a fantastic day at the races with the amazing team from Arena Racing Company at the wonderful Doncaster Racecourse
This is a DW Networking event and they are always fantastic! This promises to be a really interesting and fun day and a great way to learn about these wonderful venues as well as meeting your fellow event professionals for an unforgettable experience.
We’ll meet mid-morning at the fabulous Hilton Garden Inn Doncaster Racecourse Hotel for some light light breakfast snacks & a show-round
Then we'll be moving over to the racecourse, to check out this glorious venue, as well as experiencing a full race day (we’ll be looked after all day with glorious food and drinks, courtesy of our friends at Doncaster Racecourse) from an exclusive hospitality lounge, including a few really nice surprises.
We round this fab day off by heading back to the hotel for a some end of day drinks & nibbles. Trust me - we will be looked after fantastically well!
The Arena Racing Company team have kindly offered a small number of complimentary bedrooms for event buyers at the onsite Hilton Garden Inn, for anyone who is from outside of the area, on a first come first served basis.

There are a limited number of Supplier Places available
The supplier places are available at a cost of £175.00 + VAT for DW Superstars members or £225.00 + VAT for non- members. There will be a special discounted rate for accommodation should you need it. * Please note this is only open to non-competing suppliers / venues
