Kitchen Theory's Science of Christmas is a private, exclusive dining experience exploring the science behind why certain flavours, scents and traditions make Christmas feel like Christmas.
Hosted in our intimate Holborn studio for a maximum of 20 guests, this is not a shared seating or public ticketed event. Every booking is private to your group, with the full table and experience dedicated entirely to you.
Each course blends festive flavour with sensory storytelling, sound, light and scent, creating a Christmas dining experience that feels both familiar and genuinely unexpected. This is the kind of evening guests are still talking about well into the new year.
Following the success of last year, the Science of Christmas returns for a second year, with private dates available from Monday 30th November.
