Body language affects everything we do, from how we are perceived to how we feel. Mastering the art of nonverbal communication is one the most crucial soft skills, both in the business world and in our personal lives.

The session will be led by Alexandru Tihon, a distinguished member of Etihad Airways’ cabin crew and a body language specialist. He has been studying nonverbal communication for more than 15 years and will be sharing his knowledge through an online session that will cover:
