We were recommended to call Chilli Promotional Products after being let down on an urgent order. We were really impressed with how quickly they were able to help delivering our order (we enquired on Tuesday afternoon and the order was delivered Friday morning). Fantastic service!
We ordered printed tote bags and were very happy with the service offered by Lisa. She was really good at guiding us to the right product and despite me asking for several quotes I never once felt like she was sick of me.

AMAZING! Jody and Lisa are amazing at sourcing the merch to show off your business in the best light - they work to budgets and will always seek to understand what the merch will be used for so that they can make suggestions for products that will fit the brief. We were exhibiting for the first time with our new business and Jody was brilliant at helping us decide which merchandise would be best, there is so much to choose from! The pens and notebooks we ordered were excellent quality and delivered in plenty of time. We also ordered a pull up banner only a couple of weeks before the exhibition but again Jody was super helpful and we got a great banner. Highly recommend.

I needed promotional pens with our company logo on in time for our opening event. I had left my order rather late...yet my request was answered smoothly, professionally and my pens were perfect, arrived swiftly and were a great price. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Jody did a fantastic job of organising the last minute production of some t-shirts for an event that SAiGE were holding, as we had been let down by a previous supplier. The service was excellent, Jody was very helpful, and the t-shirts arrived on time and turned out great.
