Everyone will make 15-20 Belgian dark chocolate truffles using a double/plant base cream and chocolate to make the delicious soft centres. By working in pairs you will mix the chocolate and cream together to make a ganache, the soft centre of the truffles, next you will roll into balls (by using your hands!) and finish with more chocolate as a outer coating plus there is a selection of coconut or cocoa too to apply. Each person gift wraps their handmade truffles to take away enjoy!
