28 meeting rooms across 4 locations, 3 locations are situated on the main Technology Park and 1 location a short 15 minutes’ drive.

Options of different room layouts, an extensive catering service and access to AV support are just a few of the many services we provide.

Working with the Coventry team is like working with your team. There are clear and helpful responses and therefore excellent outcomes. Everyone involved is professional, friendly and polite. The spaces, IT support and facilities are ideal, including for people with limited mobility.
The rooms have the benefit of lots of natural light, while not interfering with AV presentations. Plus the food is very tasty. Everything ran like clockwork, on time (or if needed to be flexible) and with a smile. Nothing was too much to ask. Good Value for money.
