Excellent from start to finish

DA Languages were recommended to me via Delegate Wranglers, for a global staff reward incentive project, on behalf of one of our automotive clients. The project required a variety of international languages for events taking place across several different locations in the UK. Translation requirements differed massively between each location, so it was a complex project to manage. The deadlines and requirements naturally changed as the project progressed, but Dan and the team delivered everything we needed, even for last minute changes that we couldn't avoid. Excellent Service

I recently engaged with DA Languages to provide translator services for a Global Retailer Conference we organised. From start until finish they were very professional, approachable, helpful and efficient. There were a number of changes from the client prior to the event but this was never an issue. The service on the day was excellent and again, when last minute changes occurred they were dealt with in a professional and efficient manner. would highly recommend.

Rising To The Challenge

Recently, I worked together with the team at DA Languages on a global media event, where a major political leader addressed the world through the House Of Commons and the whole event was organised, and completed in less than 24 hours. An available simultaneous interpreter had to be located, contracted, security checked, and transported and interpretation equipment installed in the Chamber and receivers/headsets issued to over 500 members, all successfully completed in less than a day from initial enquiry. Do you deliver your services in-person or remotely?
We can support your client event whether they’re in-person, online or somewhere in between. We have a pool of 15,000 linguists on the ground, globally and can integrate our language services into most remote platforms.
How do you ensure quality of your language services?
It's super important to us. We hold a number of ISO certifications for Translation quality along with our long term membership to the Association of Translation Companies (ATC).
Do you provide conference/event equipment for in-person interpretation?
Yes, along with providing qualified, experienced simultaneous interpreters we also include Interpreter booths (build and take-down), Microphones, Receivers, Transmitters, IR Headsets, On-site technicians and AV equipment. Everything you need to deliver a seamless and polished event to your clients.
