Originating in 2016, this unique concept is the perfect mix of wellness and fun. Each event comes with a dynamic duo - a live DJ and an energising Disco Yoga instructor. Together they combine yoga moves and timeless disco tunes, which rejuvenates the mind, body and soul. Their infectious energy, catchy dance routines and feel good music are guaranteed to get everyone moving, singing and smiling. Ideal for a conference energiser, a corporate festival or a big celebration!
Connecting the event industry since 2014
Launched in Feb 2014, we've gone from strength to strength throughout the UK, Europe and overseas and as a result of this positive action & growth, the group were made an official Managed Community Partner of Facebook in 2019, And in 2021 we were selected from millions of other communities worldwide to participate in the Facebook Community Accelerator - a program focused on helping leaders harness the power of their community to turn ideas into action.
