Drive Doctors, founded in 2012 by Mark Johnston, a professional race driver and automotive trainer, offers innovative driver training. Leveraging his motorsport expertise, Drive Doctors designs engaging events and programs to transform drivers' attitudes on the road.
Their team consists of passionate and knowledgeable professionals chosen for their motorsport enthusiasm, road safety expertise, patience, and communication skills. In 2012, they launched the UK's "Drive it Home" National Road Safety Campaign, training 200+ young drivers in car control and road safety.
Since 2013, Drive Doctors has been the exclusive driver training provider for NFU Mutual Insurance, working with over 2000 young drivers, reducing claims and costs. They continue to enhance rural road safety in the UK.
Drive Doctors pioneered the Eco Challenge event in 2013, partnering with BOSCH and Formula Student at Silverstone Circuit. This annual event involves 50+ UK universities and 350 students, showcasing safety systems and eco-driving techniques.
In 2018 and 2019, BMW Europe enlisted Drive Doctors to create memorable product launches, from electric vehicles to sports and SUV models. The team's deep knowledge of vehicle technology and brand heritage seamlessly integrates into these events, promoting clients' brand values.
Connecting the event industry since 2014
Launched in Feb 2014, we've gone from strength to strength throughout the UK, Europe and overseas and as a result of this positive action & growth, the group were made an official Managed Community Partner of Facebook in 2019, And in 2021 we were selected from millions of other communities worldwide to participate in the Facebook Community Accelerator - a program focused on helping leaders harness the power of their community to turn ideas into action.
