East of Eden

We are yoga and fitness studios in Walthamstow with a cafe and treatment rooms. Since March 2020 we have also been online, livestreaming 200 classes a month and with a library of 150+ classes of different lengths from 40+ best in class teachers.

We have run large scale yoga events for the Natural History Museum, for the Barbican and at the Walthamstow Garden Party and Wilderness. We also developed an immersive meditation installation for Art Night, and Attune: live music and yoga with artists such as Hayden Thorpe, Joe Goddard and Hinako Omori.
