Fitter Longer provides group and one-to-one fitness training and soft tissue therapy treatments (massage) to individuals and corporate clients. Exercise classes are structured to enable participants at different age and fitness levels to take part and work at their own pace in a relaxed, fun and interactive environment. Corporate services include onsite chair massage, fitness classes and best practice advice on nutrition, posture and stretching.
Connecting the event industry since 2014
Launched in Feb 2014, we've gone from strength to strength throughout the UK, Europe and overseas and as a result of this positive action & growth, the group were made an official Managed Community Partner of Facebook in 2019, And in 2021 we were selected from millions of other communities worldwide to participate in the Facebook Community Accelerator - a program focused on helping leaders harness the power of their community to turn ideas into action.
