Fudge Event Staffing are a small boutique agency, who give all of their clients the personal touch as they tailor their staff to their clients individual needs.
It's owner/director Gaynor Evans has over 30 years events experience under her belt, which really helps when placing the correct staff for each client and event. They make it their mission to meet each member of staff that they take on board and get to know what each persons strengths are.
Having staffed many large scale events including COP26 and The British Grand Prix, no job is too big or too small to take on.
Whether you are looking for front of house, registration or directing staff for your conference, people to look after your stand at exhibitions or large teams to run team building activities, they have the perfect fit for all of your staffing needs.
Fudge Event Staffing had come highly recommended to us and we were not disappointed. Gaynor was great to deal with in the run up to our large event in Manchester recently and the on sight team they supplied were excellent. I would definitely recommend them and we will most certainly be using them again in the future.

The team were absolutely brilliant, very professional and did a fantastic job for us. The event was not easy for logistics as it was held in a busy railway station where they were asked to greet guests and keep everyone informed of the agenda.

Gaynor team are an absolute joy to work with. We've worked with them now for three years and each year their service keeps on getting better (that may be because we see the same friendly faces each year and its always nice to catch up). Our conference holds circa 2000 healthcare professionals, so as you can imagine the workload is intense. We're often dragged from one place to the next which is why having incredible, reliable support is so needed. Having contracted with Fudge since 2022, our problems onsite no longer exist (apart from the usual issues). They are incredibly professional, have a brilliant positive attitude and are essentially an extension of our onsite events team. I couldn't recommend Gaynor and her formidable team more if i tried. A brilliant set of people.

We have been working with Fudge Event Staffing for over 10 years, they supply all of our onsite staff for our UK wide legal events. The staff are fantastic, turn up on time, are happy and helpful and always impeccably presented. We honestly wouldn't use anyone else. Gaynor also runs our events for us onsite and with her experience and expertise, you will be in great hands as she knows exactly what clients are looking for when placing staff.

Gaynor and the team at Fudge Event Staffing have been an excellent resource for us, providing brilliant staff at all manner of locations across the UK. Gaynor has been able to fulfil the shortest of lead times, providing us with promotional staff sometimes with only two or three days notice.
