The passion for BBQ led us to start this delicious venture. We love the traditional way of 'BBQING' but every now and again an idea works as a cataclyst to reinvent, to re-think and to recreate... We source our meat at locally chosen butchers, that way not only do we have a better quality to offer to our customers but we help to keep our neighbour businesses alive. Our dishes are served in fully compostable packaging, we totally believe in saving the planet and want to help as much as we can. If you don't find what you are looking for in our menu we will work with you to come up with something that fulfill your catering needs.
