- Will I have to deal with mulitple people
- No! You will only ever have a single point of contact mking the whole process as simle and effiecient as possible
- What are your fees/charges
- In most instances we are able to generate our revenuefrom our supply chain. Meaning you pay no more than you would if you found them yourselves. However, certain events do ask for a fixed fee. In every instance, we will be transparent and clear from the off so you can make an informed decision
- Deposits/Cancellation policy
- Our deposit policy secures our services and that of our supply chain (Usually 25%). In the event of cancellation, we reserve the right to retain this. However, where possible, we will do our best secure this against a rearraged date/event or return the funds. We much rather you came back to us.
- Is my event too big/too small?
- No - We are able to accomadate events ranging from a 20pax Childrens party all the way through to a coporate summer festival of 1000+.
