Welcome to GuestHouse Hotels - an independent hospitality group created by three brothers, Tristan, James and Tom Guest, who together have a love of creating one-off, wonder-filled hotels.

Home to relaxing suites and bedrooms, heavenly spas, and never-tried-that-before dishes, our hotels have a few things in common, but always guarantee their own unique charm varied by the cities they're a part of.

In most of our hotels, you'll find Pearly Cow too - our sister restaurant brand, that serves up the most indulgent cuts of meat and the freshest fish in a gorgeous setting, where you'll feel right at home.

In the world of events, GuestHouse is the antidote to upscale - with exclusive use options at all of our hotels, and a myriad of unique private hire spaces - from rooftop bars to sea-view meeting rooms. Each hotel offers 24-hour and Day Delegate rates too - of course, with a GuestHouse twist.

Are you guesthouses?
No - we're owned by the Guest family - hence the name - but we're actually luxury city-centre properties designed to deliver excellent service, sublime food & drink, all within our stunning interiors. And, we do events!
Do you do buy outs / exclusive use?
Yes we certainly do! In our Brighton hotel, we offer it 3-ways - with or without the Ground Floor or Pearly Cow - and in our hotels, yes definitely. All work on a minimum spend basis.
What's Pearly Cow?
Pearly Cow is the restaurant brand owned by the Guest brothers, and found in York, Margate and Brighton. It's the best of land and sea - essentially a knock out grill restaurant serving the best steaks you've ever eaten, plus fruit des mer and much more.
Can you hire Pearly Cow?
Yes! All are available for private hire, with or without the hotel.
Do you offer proper meeting facilities?
We certainly do - but with a twist. Expect stunning spaces - not corporate boxes - with fabulous artwork, furniture, views and more. We're definitely biased toward creative sectors, but it isn't to say a finance firm couldn't have a great meeting with us either. We offer 24-hour and day delegate.
