They are extremely knowledgeable about their products and I feel confident in the service provided and the brands they represent.

hotel republic come to our office on a regular basis to update us on their hotel portfolio. As we are a pharma company we have to book mainly 4 star venues. hotel republic have some very good 4 star meeting hotels in their portfolio. We book them via our preferred agency in the UK. We have used The Hotel Brussels and some of the SANA Hotels and Le Hotels in Prague. We attended their showcase event in the past and would definitely do so again. Great portfolio!

Chris and Suzi helped me to book a cocktail masterclass with Bombay Sapphire recently and helped us to create a package that was more suitable to us with swift and prompt response to our needs. Isabelle is also a delight to work with and I would highly recommend their service.

We've been working with Hotel Republic for many years; we always book the hotels they rep for our board meetings in New York and we have consistently received excellent service. They are prompt and efficient and provide us with good value on our deals. The hotels have always been of a high standard and all the senior managers at our company now insist on going through HR and staying at the same group of hotels whenever we travel to any of the US cities. In 2019 HR also organised our big company meeting in London, which was a terrific success. They are a lovely group of people to work with and they always deliver a bespoke, top-notch service. Thanks HR - you're a great team!

If there would be a classification for hotel representation companies, hotelrepublic certainly deserves 5 stars!
The company offers a large and interesting variety of incredible hotels and venues in key locations.
But what sets this company aside and makes them unique is this very personal touch they treat their customers with.
You can feel this by attending their thoughtfully chosen and fun events, or simply throughout the daily business.

We have worked with Hotel Republic for 7 years and had our first event at the fabulous Epic Sana, Algarve. The team have always gone the extra mile to ensure that our client and team have everything required in the lead up to the event . We have always been very well looked after during site visits and the actual event. Whenever we have a suitable enquiry we contact Kai and the team to see if they can assist with our client requests and throw in the odd curve ball as an option every now and again. We hope to work with Hotel Republic for many years to come.

Hotel republic have provided a great support and given us an insight into some beautiful hotels and inpirational networking and conference spaces. We have had worked with Sana hotels on many occasions over the years and consistantly received a great service. We are determined to book the Bacardi and Bombay Distillery venue in Hampshire after attending an excellent sales video call with them last year. I feel confident in the service provided by Hotel Republic and the brands they represent. They offer a great network of contacts accross the industry and have a wealth of experience. They are true professionals!

I've had the great pleasure of working with Hotel Republic for a number of years and in my view they're amongst the very best representation companies out there. They have a diverse venue portfolio ranging from 'solid' 4-star hotels to more unusual venues like Ferrari Land and the Bacardi Brand Homes and they are all superb quality and offer excellent standards of service.
Zarina has been looking after our account throughout the time we've work with Hotel Republic and we hugely enjoy working with her. She is always friendly, dedicated and highly professional and she shares our passion for delivering outstanding events which makes her a great ambassador - both for Hotel Republic and the brands they represent.
