Burleigh Court Conference Centre and Hotel

Burleigh Court Conference Centre and Hotel has recently completed a major renovation project aimed at increasing its capacity and modernising its facilities. The £4.6 million renovation included the expansion of conference meeting and breakout session spaces, as well as the addition of a new sustainable restaurant.

It has 185 bedrooms that were refurbished in Summer 2019 along with 27 meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 300 guests with built in AV facilities, a leisure club with a swimming pool as well as outdoor space including a courtyard and grass/artificial pitches. The meeting space varies from 10 boardroom up to 300 theatre style making it an ideal destination for a range of different sectors. The new conference space features a new AV system capable of live streaming and casting to six built-in screens. The space can also be transformed into a fabulous gala dinner venue with direct service from the kitchen.

It has free car parking and free 50gbps wifi available for all guests, sister hotels are available within walking distance if additional meeting space/accommodation is required. This year we were awarded silver for Business Events Venue of the Year by VisitEngland.

The Link Hotel

The Link Hotel is our 94 bedroom 3* hotel, it has a range of room types including twins, triples and quads making it an ideal hotel for groups. It has 5 flexible meeting spaces with the largest capacity 200 theatre style. 4 of the meeting rooms interconnect to create the Charter Suite which is the largest space in this venue. It has free car parking and free 1gbps wifi. It is located just outside the Loughborough University campus but within walking distance of its sister venues should an overflow of accommodation/meeting space be required.

Holywell Park Conference Centre

Holywell Park Conference Centre is the largest all year round venue available within the Imago Venues portfolio, on the ground floor it can accommodate up to 280 theatre style in the Turing, it also has an additional exhibition area that can house up to 45 exhibition stands (size dependent) as well as a lecture theatre for 200 with retractable seating. It has a loading bay meaning we can also bring vehicles into the building as the floor is supported. Upstairs there are an additional 9 training rooms varying in size ideal for breakout spaces along with a 200 seater restaurant, allowing 2 options when it comes to catering, delegates can either have a sat down lunch in the restaurant or have a buffet in the exhibition area. The layout and flow of this venue makes it the perfect choice for a large exhibition and conference. There is accommodation available at the nearby sister hotels offering either 4* or 3* options. Exclusive use packages of the entire building and DDR packages are available at this venue.

Elite Athlete Centre and Hotel

The Elite Athlete Centre and Hotel opened in November 2018 and is a venue like no other, it is a venue focused on well-being and providing an elite environment for delegates and guests to pursue excellence. We have collaborated with Sport England, the English Institute of Sport and UK Sport to create the catering options and functionality concept of the building. It is fully accessible providing one of the only venues in the UK that paraolympic sports groups can base themselves for camps whilst using the award winning sports facilities on the campus itself. It has 44 bedrooms that can all be set as twins if required, 20 of these are altitude bedrooms, we can adjust the climatic conditions of the bedroom to replicate up to 5000 metres above sea level, the same as Everest base camp, the only hotel in the UK that can do this. There are 3 meeting space options, 2 are seminar rooms that interconnect, together they can do 36 theatre style, separately they can do 10 boardroom in each or 16 theatre style. We also have the athletes lounge which is an informal meeting space with modular furniture that can be moved around which overlooks the athletics stadium. It has free car parking and free 1gbps wifi available. It is within walking distance of the other sister venues if additional meeting space or accommodation is required.

Imago Venues has access to the university facilities over the summer, this includes all 410 acres of the campus featuring over 180 classrooms, lectures theatres, exhibition areas, sports facilities, sports halls that can accommodate up to 2000 guests and 3000 student accommodation bedrooms.
