Jamie’s Event Planning Studio creates thoughtful, well-organised experiences for teams, community groups and independent organisers. We combine practical production planning with clear communication, inclusive schedules and memorable visual concepts. Our toolkit includes AI-assisted moodboards and ai生图 exploration for early-stage ideas, helping stakeholders align before suppliers are booked. From a focused workshop to a multi-day programme, we keep the details calm, collaborative and purposeful, with accessible guidance from first brief to final wrap.
Connecting the event industry since 2014
Launched in Feb 2014, we've gone from strength to strength throughout the UK, Europe and overseas and as a result of this positive action & growth, the group were made an official Managed Community Partner of Facebook in 2019, And in 2021 we were selected from millions of other communities worldwide to participate in the Facebook Community Accelerator - a program focused on helping leaders harness the power of their community to turn ideas into action.
