Spa Life International is a serious fun event. Our Conventions are the leading networking and educational events for the spa and wellness sector. We bring together spa directors, managers, owners and industry suppliers to learn, share ideas and build valuable industry connections.

Role Summary

We are looking for a confident and personable telesales professional to support ticket sales for the Spa Life UK Convention in June 2026.

This role involves calling a carefully prepared list of previous attendees and buyers. These are warm contacts who already know the event, so the focus is on reconnecting, sharing what is new for this year and encouraging them to secure their place.

Key Responsibilities

• Calling a warm list of previous Spa Life attendees and buyers
• Introducing this year’s Spa Life UK Convention and its key highlights
• Encouraging and securing delegate ticket bookings
• Answering basic event questions and guiding people to the booking page
• Keeping simple notes on call outcomes and feedback

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience with telesales or sales support
• Friendly, confident phone manner
• Ability to build rapport quickly with business professionals
• Well organised and comfortable tracking call outcomes
• Experience in the spa and wellness industry would be helpful but is not essential
