General Manager

McKenzie Arnold is seeking an experienced Crowd Manager with a Level 5 Spectator Safety qualification to join our team on a permanent or freelance basis. We are looking for a confident, proactive professional who can support our security and event‑safety operations across a range of high‑profile venues and large‑scale events including Notting Hill Carnival.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee crowd‑management operations
• Monitor crowd flow, behaviour, and risk indicators
• Support SIA‑licensed security teams on the ground
• Coordinate ingress/egress and high‑density movement
• Assist with incident response and emergency procedures
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and event protocols

Requirements

• Level 5 Spectator Safety qualification (essential)
• Proven experience in crowd management at events or venues
• Strong situational awareness and decision‑making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with security teams and event control
• Professional, reliable, and adaptable to dynamic environments
