HelmsBriscoe is expanding its UK & Ireland team and is looking for experienced meetings, events, hospitality and business-development professionals who want to build their own client portfolio.

As a self-employed Venue-Sourcing Associate, you will develop client relationships, source hotels and venues, negotiate rates and contract terms, and support clients with their meeting and event requirements.

You will work independently, but never in isolation. Our 100-plus UK & Ireland Associates are part of a global community of 1,600 colleagues who share knowledge, support development and celebrate one another’s success. We believe that when one Associate succeeds, it strengthens our whole community.

HelmsBriscoe provides onboarding, training, coaching, technology, global hotel relationships and ongoing support. You bring your experience, professional network, motivation and commitment to excellent client service.

This is a home-based, self-employed, commission-only opportunity—not a salaried position. Associates are responsible for finding and developing their own clients.

Earnings depend on the value and volume of bookings generated. Commission is normally paid after the client’s meeting or event has taken place, so it takes time to establish a pipeline and begin receiving income.
