We’re on the hunt for a detail-oriented, energetic Project Co-ordinator to support our Project Managers in the day-to-day delivery of client work. You’ll work alongside experienced Project Managers to help deliver standout brand experiences from concept to going live on location.

Our dedicated team works closely with clients to deliver creative and memorable events, ensuring a transparent and collaborative process. We excel in event design, operations, and management for our high-profile automotive clients.

About the role:

You’ll assist Project Managers with the planning and delivery of experiential campaigns, events and activations, maintaining project timelines and schedules — ensuring everyone stays on track and in the loop.

You’ll book suppliers, travel and accommodation and manage some of our inhouse resources. You’ll support our team of Brand Ambassadors, and assist co-ordinating the teams at live events. Working closely with the creative, operations and account teams, you’ll help to ensure seamless project delivery.

This is a full-time, in-house role located in Bordon, Hampshire,

Requirements:

• Able to commute full time to our offices in Bordon, Hampshire
• Full driving licence
