WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our exceptional team at ICC Wales. Our ideal candidate will have worked for a venue, hotel or events agency.
Working with us is fast paced and no two days are ever the same. We have a fantastic team and are looking to bring onboard passionate, enthusiastic, and driven team members who seek to deliver the ultimate client experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a pro active Sales Manager focused on working with agencies you will develop new relationships within identified markets in accordance with the Sales Teams plan. Your focus will be building and developing relationships with agents and ensuring that wherever possible all available business is placed with us. Actively promote and sell all facilities at ICC Wales. Offer a proficient and professional service at all times all throughout the bidding and tender process. Win new and repeat business, always strive to meet personal and ICC Wales targets in order to reach overall budget. This role is mainly office based, with one day working from home. You will manage your own diary of appointments both on and off-site and have the opportunity to attend exciting industry events in the UK and abroad.
