Purpose of the role
The Senior Event Producer will play a pivotal role in delivering high-profile events while leading and mentoring a team of professionals.
This role involves managing the end-to-end event lifecycle, ensuring client objectives are met through creative and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing project delivery, budget
management, and supplier coordination, while driving account growth and fostering long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end delivery of live, virtual, and hybrid events worth £70k-£400k+.
• Lead client pitches, proposals, and presentations with creative flair.
• Oversee project logistics, budgets, and supplier coordination.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Build strong client relationships, driving account growth.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and deliver innovative event solutions.
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 4 years' experience in an event agency.
• Proven track record managing large-scale events.
• Strong knowledge of AV production and technical event requirements.
• Exceptional client relationship and leadership skills.
General Requirements:
• Current driving licence.
• Ability to travel around the UK & overseas.
• Flexible approach to working hours.• Comply with the company code of conduct at all times.
• Ability to work as part of a diverse team with colleagues from different viewpoints, cultures and countries.
