The Senior Partnership Activation Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of large-scale brand and corporate partnerships for Factory International. Including primary responsibility for a new multi-year, global brand partnership. They will provide expert advice and leadership to the Partnership Activation Managers including direct line management.

The postholder will ensure the exceptional delivery of all contractual rights and benefits within their portfolio of partnerships, and feed into sales leads on the development of upselling opportunities and renewals.

The Senior Partnership Activation Manager will implement effective systems and processes across the management of accounts and broader tasks, including finance, data and reporting. They will also oversee key partner event formats to support the ongoing stewardship and growth of Factory International’s corporate partnerships portfolio.

The key responsibilities for the Senior Partnership Activation Manager includ

Onboard and manage a new major multi-year, global brand partnership for Factory International, inclusive of leading on the day to day roll out of the partnership, managing all stakeholder relationships and all associated activities

Lead the day-to-day management of other large-scale, multi-year brand partnerships ensuring the seamless delivery of all contractual rights and benefits in line with agreed objectives and KPIs

Act as the primary liaison between Factory International and their partnership portfolio maintaining an exceptional standard of communication, service, and strategic alignment

Oversee the scoping, planning, approval and execution of high-profile brand activations and other event formats, ensuring activity meets both partner and organisational goals

Work cross-departmentally with Marketing, Programming, Operations and Ticketing teams to deliver on partner benefits such as presale access, onsite visibility, marketing campaigns, reporting and audience engagement initiatives

Lead the creation and delivery of bespoke events and hospitality experiences that steward and strengthen partner relationships and showcase Factory International’s offer

Identify and develop opportunities for renewal, upsell, and deeper integration within the partner’s marketing and customer engagement strategies

Maintain accurate partnership records, financial tracking, and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability across all areas of delivery

Represent Factory International at key events, launches and meetings, acting as a senior ambassador for the organisation’s partnership portfolio

Line manage and mentor the Partnership Activation Managers, providing guidance, setting clear objectives, and foster a collaborative, supportive team culture


The person specification for the Senior Partnership Activation Manager are;

ESSENTIAL

Senior-level account management of large-scale corporate or brand partnerships in arts, media, culture, sport or entertainment
Ability to read and communicate using data driven outputs, develop reporting tools and use systems to drive account intelligence
Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-year sponsorships including brand integration, on-site activations, premium hospitality and member/loyalty benefits
Experience managing designation or exclusivity agreements, ensuring compliance while protecting long-term partner relationships
Experience in ticketing, access and customer benefit delivery (e.g. presales, premium seating, cardholder/member offers)
Experience overseeing marketing and content collaborations - social media campaigns, PR opportunities, digital landing pages, co-created assets including approvals processes
Line management experience with direct reports, including mentoring, performance management and workload planning
Experience working across internal teams (marketing, ticketing, comms, operations) to coordinate partner deliverables and negotiate priorities
Familiarity with premium/luxury brand partnerships or high-profile global brands, where brand protection, tone, and audience alignment are key

Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to executives and external stakeholders
Highly organised and an ability to manage a demanding schedule and competing priorities
Commitment to championing representation and inclusion at every level of the organisation with a proven ability to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds
