Senior Video Editor / Creative Virtuoso*
We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor to lead the creative charge and ensure every video we produce is exceptional, engaging, and world-class. Whether for external customers or our own marketing, you will set the standard for editing and creative excellence across projects.

With a feel for graphics and animations, you will produce every frame of a video - from event highlights reels to promotional films - bringing flair, focus, and a sharp eye for detail. As a confident self-shooter, you will capture, craft, edit and polish videos as well as work with content created by others and help generate processes to manage our content library.

With a diverse mix of clients and projects, this is a hands-on role with requirement to also work on location when needed. You will be adept at adapting to the wide range of messages and styles to deliver exceptional productions, while also guiding the wider team on best practices and creative approaches, helping all to flourish.

In addition, you’ll take ownership of our video marketing collateral; working with the wider marketing team to create case studies, showreels, promotional films, and social content that showcase our services and elevate our brand.

This role would suit an experienced editor looking to shape the creative heartbeat of our content, with a passion for storytelling through engaging videos.

Creative Virtuoso
Leading by example, you will champion our visual style and ensure every video reflects our brand and quality standards. Creating templates and guides, you will mentor other team members on editing best practices and creative approaches.

Hands-on Content Creation
Shooting, editing and perfecting a wide range of content – from event highlights to engaging marketing collateral, you will take ownership and pride in every production.

Marketing Collateral
As part of the Marketing team, you will take ownership of creating video collateral for case studies, showreels, and social content.

Collaboration and Innovation
Working closely with our customers and the company’s production teams, you will stay ahead of trends, bring fresh ideas and help us continue to deliver world-class videos.

Location Support
Although primarily office based, the role will include the requirement to work on location to help produce same-day edits, corporate videos and events coverage.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Essential
• At least 5 years’ experience in video editing, with advanced Adobe Premiere and After Effects skills or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing and visual styles with the ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
• Experience of working directly with clients as well as interpreting and implementing feedback.
• A calmness under pressure to work in the live events industry with a willingness to travel for on-location work.

Highly Desirable (but not essential)
Motion graphics and design skills in Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent.
Experience with colour grading and audio sweetening.
Familiarity with live event production and streaming environments.
Strong IT literacy with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

*Whilst we use ‘Virtuoso’ to refer to your special knowledge of video editing, we are not expecting any musical skills. Although we do hope you’ll orchestrate harmony across every edit, keeping our creative standards pitch-perfect and our videos in tune with our customers.
