A visual arts producer, business coach and facilitator I run an Arts & Wellness venue on the edge of the lake district in the beautiful Eden Valley and run retreats in a stunning location for 19 people.

The venue I run can be hired out with or without facilitator, and a large range of activities can be organised from artistic sessions, wellbeing sessions, coaching sessions and team away days.
