I'm reaching out as an experienced Event professional offering my assistance for your upcoming events as I got what it takes to maximize delegate, sponsor, and exhibition sales and/or assist with event speaker management, delegate management, VIP hospitality, logistics and event production or help source best priced suppliers.

I recently had the pleasure of working for Dubai Airshow, YouTube, FIFA2026, Meta, Saudi Arabia’s Film Festival and currently helping out a tech events company in – all on self-employment basis.

In my previous job of over 13 years in Events Services working for aviation company, I successfully managed 9 overlapping events simultaneously: AIRTAXI World Congress, Airport Drone Protection Summit, Air Service World Congress, Spaceport Summit, Maximing Revenues, Ground Handling Management, Collaborative Decision Making, Airport Sales and Marketing and Advanced Airport Operations.

Reporting directly to the Chairman, I developed strong skills in Event Sales and Business Development, Generating New Business Leads, Exhibition and Sponsorship Management, Strategic Partnerships, Event Planning & Coordination, Negotiating Venue and Supplier Agreements, Producing Leading Conference Programs and Sourcing Best Speakers, VIP Hospitality and Venue Sourcing.

Achievements include:

  • Secured $250,000 USD sponsorship through cold calling last October.
  • Achieved a 60% increase of the total delegate fees (of £1,599 per each attendant) by driving highly targeted B2B lead generation.
  • Increased Sponsorships sales by 40% from 2022 event, by adding more creative sponsorship packages, developing more targeted marketing campaigns to reach high end clients.
  • Diversified Exhibition Floor plan and creating more flows to ensure more traffic around stands and sell these at a higher rate.
  • Directed all email marketing campaigns that achieved a 40% open rate and generated 3-5 new inquiries daily resulting in a 45% revenue growth compared to the previous year’s event performance.
