We offer a choice of flexible spaces, from intimate meeting rooms to large-scale event facilities. Our dedicated conference spaces combine modern technology with comfortable, professional surroundings, supported by an experienced events team who ensure every detail is managed seamlessly. For a truly memorable setting, our authentic 19th-century Court Room offers a unique ‘wow factor’ for clients and delegates.

Our central location also makes it easy to incorporate team activities, off-site dining and local experiences into your programme. FAQs

How many delegates can you accommodate?
Our Ballroom is our largest event space and can accommodate up to 450 delegates theatre style, with a built-in stage and AV facilities. For cabaret-style events, it can comfortably accommodate up to 280 delegates. The Glending Suite can host up to 160 delegates in cabaret style and also has AV facilities in the room. In addition, we have six breakout rooms located separately from our two main conference and event spaces, giving you plenty of flexibility for your programme.
How many bedrooms are there?
We have 138 en-suite bedrooms all on-site over 3 floors.
Tell me more about the Court Room - what do clients use it for?
The Court Room definitely provides that “wow” moment! Originally from a decommissioned courthouse in Cardiff, Wales, this unique space offers a memorable setting for meetings and events. It comfortably seats 35 delegates as standard, with the option to add a further 20–30 chairs to the rear. Two Clevertouch screens provide excellent facilities for presentations and video conferencing, while the room’s layout makes it particularly well suited to panel discussions, guest speakers and more engaging, interactive sessions.
