Lineup Ninja has transformed conference scheduling. I had been looking for a product that could replicate my love of post it notes for planning and when I saw this software being demoed during a tech session at a conference, I knew it was the product for me. I have been using the software for 3 years and have even been able to use it for our virtual conference. The software is easy to use and very versatile. Helped us modernise our systems and save staff time

We have worked with Lineup Ninja since it was in Beta so had time to help develop some of the features over the past 2 years, which has been great. Lineup Ninja filled a gap for us that was usually filled by many days of staff time, sifting through calls for proposals, filtering content into themes, reams of Google Spreadsheets, etc. It's been a massive help and a big change to our processes.

The main plus points of using Lineup Ninja have been the helpful and attentive customer support; the ease of interface was great, meaning we could have multiple administrators with minimal training; the flexibility of usage - for conferences in our case, but clearly able to be used for other styles of events, including online; The time savings in terms of staff programming the event.

It offers a low-cost replacement for the old systems of programming events using manual calls for proposals, spreadsheets, printable PDFs and so forth.

What would we do without Lineup Ninja?

Lineup Ninja was a bit of an unknown to our organisation when planning a large scale conference with 125 sessions. However, using the product and working with the team at Lineup Ninja was one of the best decisions for our organisation. All our pricing is on our website. For new users, we strongly recommend taking the professional support package and a day's training. This way you'll get the most out of the platform.
Can I use it for a call for papers with a review process?
Yes. Lineup Ninja has customisable workflows, so you can configure your own submission and review process, with multiple rounds of each if necessary.
Can I send out invitations to speakers and panellists for specific sessions?
Yes. Lineup Ninja allows you to build your agenda first, and then invite speakers and panellists to submit their details, which can be linked to existing sessions.
Can speakers upload files via the platform?
Yes. You can use Lineup Ninja to gather Speaker headshots, sponsor logos, slide decks, even audition videos and more: there is no limit on files type or size.
Can I use it for awards?
Yes. Lineup Ninja can handle award submissions and judging. And because awards don't need the agenda planning tools, we discount the price. NOTE: Lineup Ninja can't accept payments for submissions... yet!
