I just wanted to drop you a note to personally thank you for your warmth and support with the organization of the Alsford Showcase this year.

Coming into the event partly started, having never organized something at that level before was daunting and overwhelming at times.

Throughout our interactions you were calm and reassuring – much needed and appreciated throughout our interactions.

Your willingness to be there on the day, and particularly to support the evening arrangements with so many different suppliers involved gave me reassurance as we came to event day and as a much needed second pair of hands as the whole day to evening changeover progressed.

Whilst the event wasn’t without it’s hiccups, the event feedback has been overwhelmingly positive by our attendees.

Please can you also pass my thanks to Marta & Kris, it felt we had a lot of moving parts and their understanding and organization of their teams was also appreciated.

Thank You

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and to the entire team involved in our event on Saturday.

You were absolutely right about engaging Martin and Charlie at Expert Entertainment. The room looked spectacular and everything went smoothly from the first contact with them. They delivered everything we'd asked for and more.

Your excellent head of catering Marta, and her team were professional throughout and delivered on set-up and catering. You were also right about the chicken which was delicious!

Security staff and all the other staff assisting were also fantastic throughout the night.

The entire evening was faultless - everyone made it feel very easy!

Best Event Yet!

I just wanted to say a big thank you to yourself and your incredible team for yesterday’s event. The venue, the staff, the food – everything was on point, in fact I think it’s the best Field Forum we’ve put on so far (including last years’ 4 events). Expect more bookings to come through for future events.

Also just to say that Marta was absolutely brilliant as our on the day host – I had numerous big and small requests that Marta immediately sprung into action for, and even brought me over food when she saw that I was busy with other bits.

All in all and great experience for us, and had it not been for the sudden rain (bang on time, after the exhibitions and food), our employees would have probably tried to stay longer enjoying the sun and the views!
