We are a Free-to-Use quick reference tool for Conference and Event Organisers, PAs, EAs and VAs to help organise events using our showcase of venues across the Southeast Region. We are a Non-Profit Organisation that takes no commission and we are not a venue finding agency.
What is the Capacity Finder?
One of the tools we have on our site is the "Capacity Finder" that allows you to comb through our entire database of venues and sort by bedroom, theatre and banquet capacity.
What destinations do you cover?
We cover the Southeast Region of the UK, with our most prominent destination partners being Reading, Windsor, Maidstone, Portsmouth and more. Each have their own selection of venues, backdrops and capacity range.
