Meet Devon South West England Limited is run by two directors Sally Everton and Nicky Harding both with many years of industry experience between them. With their extensive backgrounds in corporate events, association congresses, incentives, team-building and golf groups, it made total sense to team up and share that knowledge by offering a service to our many venues throughout the South West of England to enable growth of business events to the county.

We all know how long it usually takes to plan an event especially when it’s in an area you haven't used before and are not familiar with! Do you work with Agents?
Yes, we most certainly do! Although our only income commission, and we are happy to work on a split commission basis. If this isn't an option - please do speak to us as we wouldn't want to lose a business opportunity for our partners! We know you wont be disappointed!
Accessibility - and how long does it take to get to you?
We jest - but we say we are in the 'Suburbs of London'! Did you know that its only 2 hours and 7 minutes to get to Exeter by train from London Paddington? We offer hugely discounted delegate rates on Great Western Railway which is the main train provider to South West England. The M5 travels right through the County. Exeter International Airport with regular flights throughout Europe. Ryan Air are the most recent addition adding more routes into Europe. Aer Lingus offer daily flights to and from Dublin linking Exeter to several cities in the USA making getting to Devon a seamless journey.
Devon is renowned to be a 'Leisure destination' - is it suitable for meetings and events?
ABSOLUTELY - we are an ideal destination for holding all types of meetings and events from large association congresses (up to 2000) to the smallest senior exec board meeting. Ideal for incentive, special interest groups and especially golf. Our motto 'Fresh Air for Fresh Thinking" is exactly that!
Do you have special rates with public transport?
Yes we do. GWR is the train service provider covering most of southern England from central London and we have special delegate rates for anyone attending an event in any part of Devon. There is also the international gateway to North America with Aer Lingus flying from Exeter International Airport (via Dublin) to most major cities in the US and Canada and some European cities.
Why would I take my event there?
