Meet Leicester provides a free of charge and impartial venue finding service for meetings and conference organisers. Whether you have a meeting for 10 or 1000 contact us and request a proposal. We will liaise with you at all stages, assist in building social programmes, and itinerary ideas, connecting you with local suppliers using our local expertise and knowledge.

How many bedrooms do you have in the County?
We have 7000 bedrooms in the County and a variety of venues, including 3 Universities. From city centre contemporary hotels to luxury rural retreats and exclusive use venues and countryhouses. Imago venues have a bespoke conference centre and 3 hotels including an Elite Athletes Hotel.
What are your most unusual venues?
For something different look at Nevill Holt Opera a stunning theatre in the countryside. The National Space Centre has the UK's largest Planetarium. You can have a meeting on a steam train, with the animals at Twycross Zoo or in one of the many sports stadiums from football, rugby, cricket to basketball, major teams all play and we have a Racecourse too here.
How do you manage to provide a free and impartial venue finding service?
We are funded by the local authorities in Leicester and Leicestershire. We are a non-profit making organisation and everything we do is to promote and support Leicestershire and its businesses. We are trying to increase business tourism into the destination.
What is the maximum capacity of your biggest venue?
Uptonsteel County Cricket Ground can do a maximum of 17000 delegates in the stadium, whilst the Morningside Arena has 3000 capacity seating. Athena, a stunning venue in the City Centre can cater for 1000 people.
