I have been blown away by the service we have received at The Ministry from Sonia and her incredible support team. From the moment you walk in you are greeted like a friend and made to feel so welcome, through to the superb support on hand when setting up the meeting or even just the friendly smiles and interactions from the team as you pass them in the corridor. I'm sure you will, but please do ensure the early morning teams are recognised!!

And let's not forget the fabulous space we have to host our meetings! From the main room to the VIP break out area it is always a seamless morning for us as hosts, knowing that the care and attention to detail is being taken care of by some of the friendliest hosts you could ask for.

Fantastic venue for our weekly business networking meeting.

From the first moment of speaking to Sonia, followed by a meeting in person to tour the venue, and our ongoing bookings every week, the amazing positive and friendly culture of every team member was apparent, nothing is too much trouble, they truly have customer service at a world class level.

The venue itself has everything you can possibly need, it is extremely well appointed, beautifully designed, clean and smells amazing! (I have checked out many venues!)

Our Business networking meetings always receive great feedback about the venue from those that come along, you will be thrilled you booked this venue.

The Ministry + Intergrity + Support = Priceless

When we were stuck finding a venue to host our weekly Business Referral Networking meeting for local businesses in the Southwark Area, The Ministry came to our rescue. We were blown away with how the staff treated us, they were so polite, helpful and nothing was too much for them, since using the venue for the past four months plus, this has not changed. The staff are amazing. Any problem is not a problem to them.
The venue is also just as amazing and you can see/feel that a lot of thought has gone into what they do and why they do it.
You are greeted with the biggest welcome when you step into the building and it is consistent each and every week.
I would and have recommended The Ministry to everyone from being a member to holding an event you get extreme value for money.

Exceptional support at Ministry Venues

I wanted to say a massive thank you to you and your team for the really exceptional support you gave us with running our C-Suite Leadership Programme at The Ministry last week. We had a team meeting with our boss after our event to reflect on what went well / where improvements can be made going forward, and we unanimously felt as a team that The Ministry was outstanding both in terms of event space but also in terms of support/service provided! All the staff were very responsive and helpful, and your IT support person in particular was extremely capable and invaluable in supporting the last minute technology challenges of 4 team presentations.
