Mix and Match Ltd is a dynamic cocktail agency. We create and facilitate premium virtual, hybrid and live experiences centred around delightful and delicious cocktails.
Originally a live events company focussed on corporate events and brand activations, since the pandemic began we quickly pivoted into virtual events. With over 120 virtual masterclasses, tastings and entertainment events under our belt, we have perfected the art of offering interactive, engaging and eco-friendly cocktail sessions that leave a lasting impression on your clients or colleagues.
Virtual and hybrid events are here to stay in this brave new world, and will continue to form a significant arm of our business. However, our original love is live events where we can engage face-to-face, and we're chomping at the bit to get involved. Corporate parties, awards ceremonies, exhibition stands, team-building, networking events, product launches and conferences are beckoning and we relish the opportunity to dive back in.

Great Service!
We worked with Mix and Match for an event that required bespoke cocktails. This was a last minute event, with a tight turnaround, and not only required different flavours, but also branded labels. Paul and the team were quick and efficient, working with us every step of the way to meet our deadline. Paul even spotted typos on our labels and made sure everything was perfect before going to print.
The cocktails themselves tasted delicious, and looked really attractive in their little glass bottles!

Expert barmen who adapt to suit the audience
Loved working with Paul - super professional but good fun too. His barmen supported this super social, demanding crowd perfectly - who wanted friendly, fun, cool barmen as well as top expertise. They made up specific cocktails on the spot to match and had fun naming them with the various guests. No one was without a glass in their hand and no one waited long for a cocktail.
Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We have held a series of virtual tasting events with Paul and Sam for our international tech client and each one has been truly creative, fun and just as professional as the one before. You cannot beat working with an organisation who come straight back to you, are incredibly switched on, lovely people and innovative. It reflects well on us and on our client. Would not have been Paddy's Day without Mix and Match.
It was fantastic, when we booked a venue that did not have Guinness at the bar on draught on St Patrick's Day, we knew we had a problem, was recommended this great company by Miss London Concierge, and Mix and Match came to our rescue, and would now recommend you to others. We got the front of the bar branded, it looked great, perfect size, and was constantly busy, with helpful staff, couldn't ask for more. Thank you.

Amazing supplier for office party!
Hi my client wanted a back to office party in their offices as a coming back together after work from home restrictions lifting - needed bar/drinks supplier and catering - I went straight to Mix and Match as had used them for many virtual events and was glad when they said could help - they truly excelled themselves not only with the quality and choice of drinks but friendly bar staff so fab. to have a supplier liken this you can rely on 100% !

Amazing addition to our office party
The Mix & Match team made our office party so much fun. The cocktail masterclasses were a hit and mentioned many times by my colleagues as the highlight of the evening. The bar was well stocked and they offered every cocktail in non-alcoholic format as well, ensuring inclusivity for all attendees.

- Can your virtual and live events be bespoke branded?
- Yes of course! We offer multiple branding opportunities for all our events. Virtually we offer branding on premixed cocktail labels, gift boxes, ingredient labels and green screen backgrounds. For live events we can our brand mobile bars, prop displays, cocktail garnishes and bespoke cocktails.
- What makes yours different from all the other virtual cocktail events?
- We have a multitude of USPs that ensure our virtual sessions are unique and of superior quality. Comedian comperes to host in conjunction with our Expert Mixologists, high spec tech support, animated visual graphics and interactive games are all available within a Mix and Match virtual event.
- What is your event experience?
- Mix and Match's directors are a husband and wife team, one with 20 years experience in producing corporate events and the other a talented mixologist with 15 years experience in the bar events industry. Together we design and execute cocktail events with an eye for detail and perfection.
- Are you solely corporate focussed?
- Not at all! Corporate events are a large part of our remit but we also consult for a variety of brands in the drinks industry and beyond, designing bespoke cocktail menus, operating product launches and executing promotional shoots for some of the UK's most popular brands.
